Sabrina Menasria is an elite global transformation specialist and expert in neurodiversity. She is an established and sought-after thought leader and speaker that has successfully led multiple transformation programs for companies like L’Oréal, Shiseido, Bourjois and CHANEL.

In 2019, she received the honor of “Woman of the Year in Business Analytics” from University of California, Berkeley.

After almost two decades in the luxury industry, she decided to focus on her passion for Human diversity and giftedness. She created SINGULARITY to raise awareness on singular talents and support companies in integrating neurodiversity as a key pillar of their diversity and inclusion strategy. 

As an active member of Mensa, the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world, Sabrina developed a unique method to spot, manage and develop “Singular” talents within all sizes of organizations. With her team and partners, she helps companies face their challenges and affirm their SINGULARITY.
